Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product runs to the stores.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious team environment.
- Oversee inventory management systems such as receiving, inventory audits and client orders.
- Implement process improvements to streamline warehouse workflows, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment logs, and inbound/outbound documentation for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems or similar platforms for inventory control.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards aligned with company guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory accuracy and process improvements.
