We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our DKNY team. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are stocked appropriately.
- Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and inventory calculations effectively.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or assisting with orders.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering functions.
- Strong communication skills, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
