We serve Defense, Nuclear, Pump/Hydraulic, Robotics, and more, and we’re adding a Senior CMM Programmer and Quality Assurance Lead to elevate inspection excellence across production, maintenance, tooling, safety, and quality.

Your impact

• Lead, coach, and schedule the inspection team; instill discipline in methods and mindset.
• Develop and execute CMM programs (manual and CNC) to verify critical dimensions with confidence.
• Translate drawings, blueprints, and specifications into robust inspection plans.
• Apply advanced metrology tools—micrometers, calipers, gauges, and optical comparator—alongside CMM software.
• Deliver first-article inspections (AS9102), in-process verifications, and final audits with complete traceability.
• Capture nonconformances, partner with production on corrective actions, and close the loop.
• Maintain accurate records and author clear inspection reports aligned to ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Advance a safe, organized, and continuously improving workspace.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of inspection experience in manufacturing; expert with manual/CNC CMM.
• Proven leadership—mentorship, supervision, and training of inspection staff.
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail.
• Blueprint fluency and metrology software proficiency (PC-DMIS); MCOSMOS experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASQ Certified Quality Inspector or similar preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Assess current CMM programs and prioritize updates for critical parts. Standardize first-article workflows to align with AS9102 and tighten feedback to production. Implement quick-win improvements to documentation and 5S in the inspection area.
