What you’ll do

• Lead inspectors—plan work, coach on procedures, and uphold best practices.
• Program and run manual/CNC CMMs to validate complex, tight-tolerance features.
• Read and apply engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify conformance.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, Mitutoyo optical comparators, and CMM software for data-rich analysis.
• Execute FAIs (AS9102), in-process verifications, and final audits.
• Log nonconformances, drive corrective actions with production, and prevent recurrence.
• Keep pristine records and generate inspection reports that meet ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements.
• Elevate safety, order, and process efficiency through continuous improvement.

What you bring

• 3–5 years in manufacturing quality inspection with strong manual/CNC CMM capability.
• Leadership chops—supervision, mentoring, and team coordination.
• Attention to detail, stellar organization, and clear communication.
• Blueprint literacy and metrology software experience (PC-DMIS preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASQ Certified Quality Inspector a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced shop environment.
