Business Development Representative– Am-Finn Sauna & Steam

Are you a high-performing sales professional who can balance speed with expertise? Am-Finn Sauna & Steam, the industry leader in contrast therapy solutions, is seeking a driven Business Development Consultant to work with architects, designers, and developers to successfully integrate sauna, steam, and cold therapy into their projects.

This role requires the ability to operate in both transactional and consultative sales environments. You must be able to move quickly, provide accurate answers on demand, and efficiently manage volume—while also stepping into a consultative, advisory role when projects require deeper guidance, education, and design input.

Key Responsibilities:

Transactional & Consultative Sales Execution
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities with speed and accuracy, while also providing consultative guidance when needed. Respond quickly to client inquiries, deliver clear answers, and know when to shift into a more advisory role to support complex projects.

Client Education & Advisory
Educate architects, designers, and developers on contrast therapy, product applications, and wellness design. Clearly articulate the benefits of sauna, steam, and cold therapy, including recovery, performance, and long-term wellness value.

Plan Review & Design Guidance
Review architectural and construction plans to recommend optimal placement of sauna, steam, and cold therapy amenities. Provide guidance on layout, user flow, and functionality of amenity spaces.

High-Volume Pipeline Management
Manage a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. Prioritize effectively and keep projects moving forward without delays.

Build & Maintain Relationships
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients across commercial real estate, hospitality, fitness, and wellness sectors.

Product Expertise & Knowledge Retention
Quickly learn, retain, and apply detailed product knowledge and the science behind contrast therapy. Confidently communicate benefits and differentiate Am-Finn solutions.

Presentations & Demonstrations
Deliver clear, effective presentations that can range from quick, direct answers to in-depth, education-driven discussions depending on client needs.

Close & Execute Deals
Navigate both straightforward and complex sales cycles, ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and successful deal execution.

CRM & Organization
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $75,000 per year
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 with commission
  • Compensation Range: $75,000 – $140,000 annually (base commission)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development with both transactional and consultative selling
  • Experience working with architects, designers, developers, or commercial clients preferred
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to deliver both quick answers and in-depth presentations
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho
  • Background in outside sales, business development, or account management
