Since 1975, Alzo International Inc. has been a leading global supplier of specialty cosmetic ingredients for the skin, beauty, hair, and sun care industries. Our extensive product portfolio includes Dermol esters, Bernel esters, Polyderm polyurethane emollients, and NuLastic silicone elastomers. We are committed to sustainability and have achieved RSPO SCCS certification for our use of sustainable palm oil. Based in Sayreville, NJ, we also operate Pharmetics MFG. LLC, which provides contract manufacturing services.
This is a full-time role for a Salesperson, located on-site in Sayreville, NJ. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing and growing existing accounts, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. They will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends, participate in trade shows and conferences, and generate detailed sales reports.
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct effective market research and identify opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and client meetings
