Broadband Construction Technician

Alyrica Networks
Philomath, OR Full Time
POSTED ON 6/25/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 10/22/2026

Company background

Alyrica Networks is a locally owned internet provider that’s been connecting the Willamette Valley since 2002. We’re growing fast — building fiber into communities like Sweet Home, Halsey, Brownsville, and Adair Village — and we need more hands on our construction crew to keep up. We hire people who take ownership, do the job right, and look out for the customer and each other. If you like working outdoors, working with your hands, and seeing the results of a hard day’s work, we’d like to talk to you.

Salary: $22/hour - $42/hour

Key Fiber Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot underground and aerial fiber optic infrastructure.

  • Conduct tower construction, upgrade, maintenance, and decommissioning activities safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect, maintain, and care for tower-related tools, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Follow all OSHA, customer, and project-specific safety requirements while working at heights and around energized systems.

General Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company software systems, including Jira, Console, Ninety, GIS applications, and project documentation tools.
  • Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NESC, OJUA, customer, and project-specific standards.
