What You’ll Do
As a Room Service Server, you’ll help deliver an exceptional in-room dining experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of Room Service. You’ll work closely with guests and teams throughout the resort to ensure every order is delivered with quality, accuracy, and genuine hospitality.

- Deliver and remove meals and beverages from guest rooms while providing friendly, professional service.
- Support the day-to-day operation of Room Service and assist restaurant teams when needed.
- Maintain Alyeska Resort standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
- Follow guest check, cash handling, and accounting procedures.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of china, silverware, linens, and other Room Service supplies.
- Assist with Club Lounge operations as needed.Help the team achieve revenue, labor, and operating expense goals.

What We Need
- Obtain a valid TAPS Card.
- Obtain a Food Handlers Card.
- Experience in similar server setting preferred.
- Experience in a customer service setting.
- The ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.
