What You’ll Do
As a Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Accounting Department, overseeing the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for up to 750 employees using the UKG Workforce Management (WFM) system. This multifaceted position involves meticulous payroll preparation, maintaining timekeeping systems, and ensuring compliance with payroll-related regulations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and punctually through UKG Workforce Management (WFM) system for a workforce of up to 750 employees.
- Maintain and manage the UKG WFM timekeeping system, handling time edits and benefits hours requests.
- Ensure precise entry of all payroll deductions, including wages garnishments, liens, direct deposits, and other payroll deductions.
- Enter and track employees' rent deductions, forwarding rent reports to management as required.
- Conduct training sessions for department managers on UKG WFM editing and hours approval processes for their respective staff.
- Issue final paychecks and any necessary manual checks.

What We Need
- Exceptional organizational skills are essential to accurately process payroll in a timely manner.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within the HR and Accounting teams and with Resort Employees.
- Excellent guest service skills paired with a positive attitude.
- Capability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in payroll matters.
- Proficiency in accurate arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Preferred prior experience in payroll, accounting, or human resources.
- Preferred Experience: UKG WFM and Ultipro Time Management (UTM).
