Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering other necessary items - Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and guidelines - Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Help with catering events as needed
