- Answer incoming customer calls promptly with a friendly, professional tone, ensuring each interaction is positive and productive
- Assist customers by providing accurate information about products, services, or account details
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently by troubleshooting issues or escalating complex cases to appropriate departments
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system for future reference and quality assurance
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their needs are fully addressed and satisfaction is achieved
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall service quality
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings, policies, and procedures to deliver consistent support
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident speaking style
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs accurately
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
