ABOUT THE ROLEAlwaysOn Advisors is hiring a consistent, disciplined Outbound SDR/BDR to book qualified meetings for our SaaS and services divisions.
You will use Close CRM, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo/ListKit, and structured outbound frameworks to drive new opportunities.
Your job:
Turn outbound activity into booked appointments — reliably and at scale.
This role is for someone hungry, competitive, and ready to execute daily.
WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLINGYou will set appointments for US-based businesses interested in:
- AI Receptionist (24/7 call handling, qualification, routing)
- Missed Call Text Back System (automated SMS replies for all missed calls)
- Review & Reputation System (feedback-first review funnels, Google-compliant)
- Local Business CRM (simple pipelines, call/SMS logging, follow-ups)
These products solve high-value problems for small businesses: missed calls, lost leads, poor reviews, and disorganized follow-up.
You will be fully trained on each one — no technical expertise required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILYOutbound Activity- Execute consistent outbound messaging on LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
- Send outbound email outreach using Apollo/ListKit data
- Make light outbound calls where needed (scripts provided)
- Qualify prospects based on clear criteria
- Book meetings directly on the AE calendar
- Log all conversations and activity in Close CRM
- Follow proven scripts, follow-ups, and objection handling
- Hit and maintain weekly KPIs
- 80–120 LinkedIn messages/day
- 50–100 outbound emails/day
- Light calling depending on lead type
- Close CRM — calls, SMS, email, tasks, and meeting booking
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- ListKit
- (plus inbound interest from missed-call text-back & receptionist users)
- Gmail / Google Workspace
- Slack or Discord for team communication
- Loom (optional) for personalized prospect messages

REQUIREMENTSMust-Have- C1–C2 English (spoken written)
- Proven experience as SDR/BDR or appointment setter
- Comfortable on LinkedIn outreach, email, and calling
- Reliable availability during US business hours
- Stable internet professional home setup
- Ability to follow structured, repetitive outbound processes
- Experience selling SaaS or digital services
- Experience with Close CRM, HubSpot, or similar
- Familiarity with US small-business buyers
- Experience working from LATAM for US clients
- All software/tools included
- Outbound scripts, frameworks, and messaging templates
- Daily/weekly coaching and development
- Proven, repeatable outbound playbooks
