Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and storing food supplies.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure profit margins are achieved.
- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality standards.
- Lead by example in cooking techniques, presentation, and service excellence.
- Manage shift schedules and coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless service.

Requirements
