Always Transport, LLC is looking for dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Drivers to join our growing team. We specialize in hauling agricultural equipment throughout the United States using flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, headers, balers, sprayers, and other farm machinery.
- Operate flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers.
- Properly secure loads using chains, binders, straps, and other approved securement equipment.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers.
- Complete ELD logs, inspection reports, and required paperwork accurately.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery schedules.
- Represent Always Transport, LLC in a professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (Required)
- Clean driving record
- Experience hauling flatbed, step deck, and/or RGN trailers preferred
- Experience hauling agricultural or oversized equipment preferred
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and proper load securement
- Ability to travel regionally and over the road
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform the physical duties required to secure loads
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oversize load hauling experience
- Agricultural equipment hauling experience
- TWIC Card (Preferred, but not required)
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Regional and Over-the-Road Routes
- Home Time Based on Freight and Scheduling
