Dump Body Installers/Mechanics position available in Fort Worth, Tx. | $21-$30 per hour
- Duties and responsibilities are the installation and repair dump bodies, flatbeds, power take off systems, auxiliary lighting systems, toolboxes, and hitches, Ect.
- Must have ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a timely manner.
- Basic fabrication skills such as MIG welding, plasma torch, cutting, grinding, drill, measure, and fabricate as needed. (a unicorn with both installs/mechanic skills AND some welding ability would be “the cats pajamas!"
- Minimum of 5 yrs experience as a mechanic in the industry or related experience in other mechanic work.
- Basic knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems, mobile hydraulic systems (PTO's & pumps).
- MIG welding skills a plus.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions and be able to work in a team environment and be punctual.
- Basic hand tools required. (must be able to pass a tape measure test)
