A growing manufacturing facility in Arlington is seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator / Mixer Operator to join their production team. This is a fast-paced industrial environment that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in hot and dirty conditions.
Schedule
- Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Currently working extended hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
- Operate mixing equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Read and follow work instructions accurately
- Identify and verify chemical labels and materials
- Inspect material weights for accuracy
- Maintain inventory accuracy and production records
- Coordinate with production staff regarding scheduling needs
- Accurately complete and sign weighment reports
- Assist in other production areas as needed
- Cross-train on additional workstations
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, and dirty environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Dependable employees with a strong work ethic
- Team players willing to learn multiple areas
- Individuals who can follow safety and quality procedures
