The Calibration Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, calibrating, and repairing measuring and monitoring instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and company requirements. This role supports production and quality operations by maintaining the reliability of all measurement tools.

The Calibration Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, calibrating, and repairing measuring and monitoring instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and company requirements. This role supports production and quality operations by maintaining the reliability of all measurement tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration, testing, and adjustments on measuring and test equipment (M&TE) such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, torque wrenches, pressure transducers, and electronic equipment.
- Maintain calibration records, certificates, and databases in compliance with company policies and ISO/ANSI standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment or coordinate repairs with external vendors.
- Ensure tools and equipment meet accuracy requirements before being returned to service.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to minimize downtime and ensure compliance.
- Perform environmental monitoring and ensure calibration lab equipment is maintained in proper condition.
- Assist in audits and provide documentation as required.
- Follow all safety and quality standards in handling equipment and documentation.
- Must pass E-Verify
- Background --No violence, No SO Misd. More than 3 yrs and Felony over 7yrs, but clean 3 years,
