Calibration Technician
Minimum Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret and understand the requirements contained within ANSI/ NCSL Z540-1, ISO10012-1 and Company components process procedures.
- Computer Literate and able to type.
- Position is both office and in production areas and requires the ability/ willingness to work in varying environmental conditions.
- Oversee calibration program to include loading and monitoring calibration intervals into company tracking system. Perform calibration and required monitoring of forge and heat treat furnaces.
- Perform receiving inspections on measuring and test equipment.
- Maintain and monitor calibration recall system
- Maintain calibration standards and send out for calibration as required.
- Perform calibration of measuring and test equipment.
- Perform calibration of furnaces.
- Issue calibration certificates and maintain calibration records.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Quality Manager.
