Your Role

As a Caregiver or CNA, you will provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care based on each client's individual needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and transfers
• Meal preparation and assistance with meals
• Medication reminders, as permitted by applicable regulations and the client's care plan
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
• Providing transportation or running errands for clients when needed or requested.
• Following the client's individualized care plan
• Observing and communicating changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
• Promoting the client's dignity, independence, safety, and well-being

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others
• Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
• Responsible and comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Respectful of each client's dignity, privacy, and individual needs
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and members of the care team
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Willing to follow care plans, company policies, and client-specific instructions
• Able to meet all applicable employment and client-care requirements
• Caregiving experience preferred
• CNA certification required for CNA positions
