We are currently hiring an Assessment & Orientation Coordinator to join our growing team in Huntsville, AL!
This position is perfect for a compassionate, organized, and professional LPN, or RN who enjoys training caregivers, meeting new clients, and helping create an excellent first experience with our agency.
In this role, you will:
• Conduct caregiver orientations and hands-on training every Tuesday or as needed
• Conduct in-home client assessments
• Develop individualized care plans
• Assist with on-boarding and new hire processes
• Coordinate client referrals, assessments, and reminders
• Attend marketing events and job fairs
• Work closely with office staff to ensure smooth communication and documentation
We are looking for someone with:
• Active LPN, or RN license in Alabama
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and pleasant phone demeanor
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• Home care or healthcare experience preferred

- 18 years old an out of high school
- Current valid drivers license
- Current auto insurance
- Capable to lift up to 40lbs
