Behavior Technician (After-School Hours)
Location: In-Home (Jersey City, NJ)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00–7:00 PM
Client: 3-year-old
About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to a young child. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, family-centered environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Support communication, play, and early learning skills
- Use positive reinforcement and behavior strategies
- Collect simple session data and communicate progress with the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with children (ABA experience preferred, not required)
- Energetic, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
