What You’ll Do:
- Help clients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, light cleaning, meal prep, and companionship
- Follow each client’s care plan exactly as instructed
- Keep accurate records of your visits in our app
- Provide kindness, patience, and reliable care every shift
What We Expect From You:
- Be reliable – Show up on time and ready to work every day you are scheduled
- Be a self-starter – You manage your own schedule with your clients
- Be able to follow instructions and complete tasks without constant reminders
- Understand that we have a zero-tolerance attendance policy – Missing shifts without notice is not allowed
- Complete a 60-day probation period at the start
- Be okay with biweekly or monthly pay, depending on your client
