Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, and control access points
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Warn violators of rule infractions and apprehend or evict individuals engaging in suspicious or criminal activities
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security roles such as loss prevention, law enforcement, or military is preferred
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Possession of a valid security certificate is a must with at least 2 years with your D&G license
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques
- Strong conflict management skills
- CPR certification is desirable
- 1 Year Experience of customer service
- 3 YEARS IN ARMED SERCURITY TRAINING
