CNA Instructor – Registered Nurse (RN)
Always Health Institute is seeking a qualified and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a CNA Instructor.
We are looking for an experienced nurse who is passionate about teaching and helping the next generation of healthcare professionals begin their careers.
Requirements
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a licensed health-care facility
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Teach and prepare students for their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Provide classroom and hands-on clinical instruction
- Demonstrate proper nursing and patient-care techniques
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment
- Ensure students are properly prepared for their CNA certification exam and future careers in healthcare
