Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team.
- A small rapidly growing office coffee service company is offering a starting position as a Customer Service Route Tech. The right successful candidates will be given ample opportunities to advance and be trained on the job for promotions and higher paying positions. The basic duties will be to transport products to customer locations to restock inventory levels, maintaining proper inventory management, and basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
Basic Job duties:
The ideal candidate will be professional and friendly. And will be mechanically inclined and possess a willingness to learn how to perform repairs on coffee brewers.
Daily activities:
-Load your assigned vehicle with accurately inventoried product orders at the warehouse for the assigned deliveries for the day.
-Drive company-owned vans/vehicles 30 to 100 miles per day, to customer locations in the Denver metro area.
-Accurately and efficiently deliver customer orders into preassigned cabinets, equipment and storage areas on customer locations.
-Build good rapport with customer contacts in a friendly manner with quality customer service as your top goal.
-Respond to customer requests and questions concerning product availability and services.
-Promptly share customer requests, needs and feedback with your appropriate supervisor.
-Follow all established safety, security and transportation procedures.
-Perform other various duties concerning transporting, installing and repairing equipment on customer sites.
Physical Requirements and Expectations:
-Repeatedly lift and carry boxes and cases of products weighing up to 50 pounds.
-Drive and navigate 30 to 100 miles per day.
-Climb in and out of delivery vehicles multiple times every day.
-Load and unload product onto a van/vehicle using 30-35 pound hand carts.
-Use a hand cart to move products from the company vehicle into the customer building.
-Able to work in all weather conditions.
Other Requirements
-Keep assigned vehicle clean, organized and operating safely and be capable of scheduling routine maintenance.
-Promptly report to a supervisor any mechanical problems on the vehicle or our equipment on customer location.
-Prepare accurate documents including product ordering reports, invoices, and delivery reports and records.
-Responsible for proper care and maintenance of various assigned equipment and tools.
-Obey all rules of the road and traffic laws, including maintaining current driver’s license.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and computerized systems is essential.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
