Route Sales Driver/Merchandising Professional - 1099 Independent Contractor Position

Always Fresh Fruit & Snacks, LLC is seeking an experienced route sales merchandising professional to join our team as an account manager servicing customers in the Valdosta, GA market.

Route Openings: A delivery route with great customer relationships is becoming available. We service the best corporate and independently owned convenience stores in the area including Circle K, 7-Eleven, Speedway, Pilot and others.

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position responsible for merchandising our complete line of quality products to existing and new accounts.

Schedule: If you are hired for this route your schedule would be either Monday & Thursday OR Tuesday & Friday, every week

Compensation:

If you are hired to service ONE route, the route pays a minimum of $180.00 per day or $720.00 for 4 delivery days during every 2 week pay period.

$180.00 is considered the Guaranteed Route Minimum. We reward quality service. You will be paid the Guaranteed Route Minimum OR Commission, whichever amount is higher. **These routes have a great track record of paying Commission, which exceeds the Guaranteed Route Minimum**

Responsibilities:

• Order and purchase product for each day's deliveries.
• Ensure product in stores is Always Fresh.
• Maintain adequate stock levels in stores to avoid out of stock situations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service while building relationships.
• Maintain & Clean the display to maintain a fresh - attractive appearance.
• Perform minimal administrative duties timely and accurately.
• Solicit new customers to grow the business.
• Maintain a clean and organized personal vehicle.
• Make a commitment to working safely.

Requirements:

• Be Self motivated and work independently.
• Service schedules are driven by the client but usually require early morning deliveries.
• Service stores using your own vehicle (van, mini-van, or large SUV is required).
• Prior route sales experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train the right person.
• Demonstrate a safe driving record.
• Be comfortable using the assigned electronic device and remote printer for invoicing.
• Adapt quickly to different working and driving conditions.

Physical Demands:

• Repeatedly lift and move 40# boxes.
• Frequently reach, sit, stand, bend, squat, walk, kneel, climb, and drive.

Route sales representative's hours of work vary by assigned routes and individual abilities. Competitive payout is based on past sales history.
