We are seeking IT technicians to join our company. The technician would provide support under the direction of senior team members locally or remote support professionals for onsite support, installation services, and other IT related tasks. As an IT technician, you can put your passion for IT to work by supporting our many clients.
The technician should be familiar with overall IT principles and standards. The technician should be able to communicate effectively and test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue. The technician should possess the ability to follow verbal directions and perform hardware troubleshooting and testing for various types of IT equipment as well as software troubleshooting and testing for various operating systems and applications.
