This role is responsible for comprehensively mapping all enterprise processes—spanning technology systems, operational workflows, and organizational roles—and identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve them.

Key Responsibilities
- Map and document all enterprise processes across technology systems, operational workflows, and organizational functions.
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps in existing processes and recommend solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Serve as a solutions-oriented partner to business and technical teams, translating process challenges into actionable improvement plans.
- Evaluate and champion the use of AI tools and automation to streamline operating workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Manage cross-functional improvement initiatives from scoping through implementation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and systems-of-record mappings.
- Act as a product-minded advisor during system implementations, platform evaluations, and operational change initiatives.
- Partner with Data & Analytics, IT, and operational leadership to ensure technology investments are grounded in real process needs.
- Track and communicate the impact of process improvements through clear metrics and stakeholder reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, business, operations management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in solutions engineering, process improvement, technical project management, or operational consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to map complex business processes and translate them into structured, actionable documentation.
- Strong interest in and practical experience with AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from concept to completion.
- Structured problem-solving mindset with attention to both the big picture and operational details.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or other operationally complex, regulated industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (EHRs, billing platforms, workforce management tools).
- Exposure to data platforms and analytics environments (e.g., Snowflake, BI tools).
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and project management frameworks.
