Qualifications/Education
- 1 year of LPN experience in a home setting required OR
- 1 year of LPN experience in school setting/ pediatrics
- Active NYS LPN license and registration
- BLS certification
- Short-Term / Post-Op Cases: Support patients for a few days or weeks after surgery with wound care, pain management, and safe mobility.
- Pediatric Nursing (Home & School): 1:1 school cases, building/sub/floater roles, or home care for children with complex needs.
- Private Duty Nursing: Long-term, 1:1 skilled care in the home for patients with chronic or complex conditions (trach/vent, g-tube, wound care).
- School LPN: $38/hr
- Home Care LPN: $35/hr
