We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable PCA's or CNA's for our Client Care Lead position. The Client Care Lead represents and promotes the company. Performs the duties of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) by providing direct, non-medical care to clients and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including some household services, in a safe, professional manner that respects the client and their needs on a fill-in basis, as needed. The Client Care Lead's main goal is to salvage hours and promote client satisfaction. In addition, this position performs office functions as directed under the Administrator's leadership. This position guarantees 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to work morning hours, weekdays, holidays as needed, and on-call availability every other weekend. Must also demonstrate strong prioritization, time management, professionalism, and basic computer skills.
