Responsibilities
Call/Text: 808-207-8558 (24/7)
Pay:
- Physical Therapist (PT): $80 per visit or $100,000-$120,000 annually (based on caseload)
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): $55-$60 per visit

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
- Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
- 1 year clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Driver’s license reliable transportation
