Responsibilities
Call: 808-207-8558 (available 24/7)
Pay:
- PT: $80 per visit
- PTA: $55-$60 per visit

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
- Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
- 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
