Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care in their homes or assisted living facilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring resident rights are upheld, and providing companionship to those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Monitor and document patient observations, including changes in condition or behavior.
- Administer basic health care tasks such as taking vital signs and ensuring medication compliance.
- Uphold resident rights by treating clients with dignity and respect at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
Skills
- Experience in home care or assisted living settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with home care aide services and patient observation techniques.
- Ability to perform basic health assessments including vital signs monitoring.
- Understanding of resident rights and advocacy principles.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
