Role Description The Director, Franchise Onboarding is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading new franchise owners from award through successful launch and early operations. This role designs and manages a structured onboarding program that includes training, operational setup, and integration into core systems and processes. The director will guide franchise owners through business planning, market entry, licensing and compliance requirements, and implementation of brand standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, delivering or facilitating webinars and virtual workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching to new franchise owners and their teams. The role partners closely with operations, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure new franchises are equipped to grow census, drive revenue, and deliver high-quality senior care services. The director will monitor onboarding metrics, identify performance gaps, and continuously refine tools and resources to improve franchisee ramp-up and long-term success.

Qualifications
- Franchise development and operations skills, including experience with franchising models, franchisee support, and brand standards.
- Business and financial acumen, including business planning and P&L management for small or multi-unit operations.
- Training and enablement experience, including designing and delivering onboarding, classroom, and virtual training programs.
- Sales and revenue growth skills, such as consultative selling, pipeline development, and supporting local market launch activities.
- Proven experience in a franchise, multi-unit, or similar distributed network environment, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or services.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coach and influence franchise owners.
- Comfort with remote work, collaboration tools, and learning management or CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to franchise locations or company meetings, as needed.
