Always Best Care is urgently hiring multiple caregivers for full time and part time positions in East Hartford and surrounding towns in Central CT to provide high-quality care to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or disabilities. If you're compassionate, dependable, and able to assist our clients with all ADL's including bathing, dressing, toileting and incontinence care needs and ready to make a difference, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience with dementia care (preferred)
- HIgh School Graduate or (GED)
- 18 yrs old
- good availability
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Compassionate, patient, and strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor health and safety
- Provide medication reminders and transport when needed
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care (incontinence, bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Ensure safety and well-being of the patient at all times Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
