Pay:
- PT: $80 per visit
- PTA: $55–$60 per visit
Location: O’ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
- 1 year clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Driver’s license reliable transportation
