Part-Time or Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling
We are currently hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This is not a fixed-location role — you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.
This position is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different home environments, especially those looking for consistent hours and able to take on multiple shifts each week.
What You’ll Do
• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
• Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu
What We’re Looking For
• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification
• Completion of in-person skills training
• High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hours
• Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks
