Duties:
- Excellent customer services skills while being detailed oriented!
- Build and maintain consistent workflow.
- Oversee the entire recruitment life-cycle process from candidate sourcing through orientation day to ensure timely delivery of services by the company
- Utilize an energetic, proactive and creative approach in talent acquisition.
- Please have excellent personal, organizational, and customer-service skills.
- Creatively source and attract qualified candidates for key roles using strategic recruiting methods.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree OR comparable work experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of full cycle recruiting experience in healthcare industry.
- Ability to develop and manage a large candidate pipeline.
- Ability to foster relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work as part of a larger team of focused staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
