What You’ll Be Doing
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the heart of our operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our clients, caregivers, and leadership team. Duties include:

Coordinating office workflows and team schedules

Ensuring compliance with Nevada regulations (NAC/NRS 449)

Answering calls and assisting clients and family members with care inquiries and ongoing support

Ensuring a positive, compassionate experience for everyone who contacts or visits our office

Supporting caregiver hiring and onboarding

Overseeing client service plans and care coordination
-
Maintaining accurate records and handling basic accounting tasks

Supporting our team with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in an office management or administrative role (healthcare/home care preferred)

Organized, compassionate, and able to multitask with grace
-
Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, basic databases)

Must be 18 with a high school diploma or GED

Willingness to complete background check, TB testing, and communicable disease clearance
Bonus if you have:

Knowledge of Nevada home care regulations (NAC 449 / NRS 449)

CPR/First Aid certification or experience in a care environment
- Home care industry experience.
