We are a growing in-home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors and individuals who need support in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Part-Time Recruiter to help attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Recruit caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and related staff through job boards, community outreach, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding
- Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Build relationships with local community organizations and workforce resources
- Help maintain staffing levels to meet client needs
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates
- Experience with caregiving or healthcare staffing is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
