We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our growing team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Corona . The PCA provides in-home assistance and support to our clients in their daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being. We serve Fullerton and Brea, CA and its surrounding areas in riverside and orange counties. Our office is based in Corona. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time shifts as the program grows.

- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
- Preparing and serving meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Assisting with mobility and transferring clients.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Engaging in conversation and providing companionship to clients.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Previous experience as a PCA or similar role.
- Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Two references required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results.
- CNA, HHA and First Aid certifications as well as BLS/CPR training a plus.
