What You'll Do
Every day is an opportunity to make someone's life a little easier. As a caregiver, you may:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer medication reminders
- Help with grocery shopping and transportation to appointments
- Observe changes in clients and communicate concerns to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans while providing respectful, compassionate care
What We're Looking For
We're seeking dependable caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping others.
Qualifications include:
- Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to provide hands-on personal care
- Comfortable working in homes with pets and occasional smoke exposure
- Reliable attendance and availability for recurring shifts
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
