Pay Range: $16.00-18.00/hr
Job description:
Looking for compassionate caregivers in the Beaches area or willing to travel to the Atlantic Beach area. Must be okay with dogs. Hours varies per client, needs assistance with all ADLs. Looking to start immediately!
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver compassionate healthcare services directly in clients’ homes.
· Assist with daily household tasks and personal care.
· Provide reliable transportation for clients to medical appointments and errands if required.
· Monitor and report clients' health conditions using the WellSky App.
· Offer companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and uplifting environment.
· Maintain accurate and thorough client care records and document all services provided.
Qualifications
· Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
· Proven experience in a home health or caregiving setting.
· Successful completion of Level 2 background screening. https://info.flclearinghouse.com
· Current CPR certification
· Recent TB test results (within the past year).
· Valid driver’s license or State Identification Card

Location: Beaches area (office is in Fleming Island. Will not have to travel to office often)
Salary: $16.00-18.00 per hour
