Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver at Always Best Care, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing companionship and support for seniors
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
- Offering transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and transfers to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs
- Monitoring health and wellness, reporting changes to supervisors
- Offering emotional support and encouragement for maintaining independence
- Keeping clients engaged through activities and conversation
- Following care plans and safety protocols
- Full transfer

Qualifications:
To ensure quality care, we require:
- 2 years of professional caregiving experience (home care agency, facility, or similar environment)
- English proficiency and clear communication skills
- Two professional references (supervisor or co-worker)
- Ability to pass a background check
- TB test (preferred, not required)
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance (preferred, not required)
- Be dependable, compassionate, and have the ability to take initiative
