Location: Burlington, NC

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full-Time) with flexibility for occasional after hours events

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 Commission

Position Overview:

As the Director of Community Relations, you will serve as the face of Always Best Care within our Charlotte community, building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and other referral partners. This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic networking, community outreach, and educational initiatives while increasing awareness of our in-home care and senior living placement services. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills, a passion for serving seniors, and the ability to cultivate long-term partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, strengthen, and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospice agencies, senior living communities, and other healthcare partners.
• Represent Always Best Care at networking events, community organizations, health fairs, chamber events, and educational seminars to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
• Conduct routine in-person visits with referral sources to establish trust, provide education, and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to grow referral partnerships and expand market presence throughout the service area.
• Educate healthcare professionals, community organizations, seniors, and families on the benefits of Always Best Care's in-home care and senior living placement services.
• Track referral activity, sales efforts, and community engagement initiatives using company CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities, community partnerships, and growth strategies.
• Coordinate and participate in community events, sponsorships, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of local healthcare resources, competitors, and industry trends to effectively position Always Best Care within the market.
• Work closely with Leadership to ensure seamless communication and an exceptional client experience from referral through admission.
• Meet established outreach, referral, and business development goals while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, community relations, business development, sales, or senior services preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable with public speaking and representing the organization at community events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
