CNA Client and Caregiver Coordinator

Schedule: Full-time with on-call leadership responsibilities REQUIRED to be available a minimum of 7 am - 10 pm Monday through Friday, every other weekend and Holiday.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate leadership differential

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our CHAMP Team. The CHAMP role is a leadership-track field position designed for high-performing caregivers who model excellence in client care, professionalism, reliability, and mentorship.

As a CHAMP, you serve as a role-model caregiver, client support leader, and mentor, helping ensure continuity of care, strong client relationships, and support for fellow caregivers in the field.

• Provide high-quality, compassionate hands-on care to clients in their homes

• Serve as a mentor and support resource for caregivers in the field

• Assist with training, onboarding, and skills reinforcement for team members

• Support coverage needs during your availability window to ensure client continuity

• Conduct client satisfaction check-ins and communicate changes to the care team

• Model professionalism, punctuality, teamwork, and strong communication

• Maintain accurate documentation in WellSky per agency standards

• Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and sound judgment in all situations

• Active South Carolina CNA certification (required)

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving or CNA experience

• Strong skills in transfers, ADLs, dementia care, and client engagement

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes

• Availability to support coverage needs within CHAMP schedule expectations

• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to client care excellence

• Must pass background screening and agency onboarding requirements

• Previous mentorship, lead caregiver, or supervisory experience

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
