We work with each Caregiver to understand their availablity, their prior experience and what they look for in a company. Our Caregivers have the ability to choose their own schedules based on Client needs. Prior experiencing working as a Caregiver for at least three years is ideal. We are also looking for Caregivers who have a strong sense of empathy, are willing to go the extra mile and are tired of having to apply to companies.
