Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay: $14-$16, depending on experience

- Provide personal care and assistance to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using Hoyer lifts
- Administer medications and monitor medical conditions as instructed
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and physical stimulation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, including light housekeeping
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors
- Experience with Hoyer lifts
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Clear TB test or chest X-ray
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
