Sales Associate – Used Car Dealership

About the Role
A growing car dealership in Wichita Falls is looking for a few motivated Sales Associates to help customers find the right vehicle with confidence. We have more leads than we can handle! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants strong earning potential, and prefers a no-pressure, customer-focused environment. We are currently getting more leads than we can handle and need to add a few more salespeople, no auto experience required!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone
- Present and demonstrate vehicles
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Assist with financing options and deal structure
- Maintain product knowledge and keep the lot/showroom organized
- Meet monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Auto sales experience is not required
- Valid driver’s license
