Responsibilities
As a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide, you may assist clients with:
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Personal care and companionship
- Mobility assistance
- Additional delegated tasks under RN supervision, as appropriate
To qualify, applicants must:
- Hold a valid HHA or PCA certification
- Have proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption
- Have current medical documentation and vaccinations (or be willing to obtain them)
- Complete a drug screening or Habituation Form
